Notes About My Pottery

My pottery is all hand thrown or slab-built. As such, there are slight variations in size, glaze, and shape. The pottery displayed on this site represents only examples of my work. While each piece is unique, I often have similar pieces that are nearly identical but vary a bit as I mentioned. If there is a piece on the site that you wish to purchase but aren't quite satisfied with the specific size or glaze, please send me an email and I will be happy to share with you similar pieces that might more adequately suit your specific needs.

Shipping

All purchases through this website can be made with all major credit cards and debit cards and handled through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. A receipt will be emailed to you upon completion of your transaction. All items are shipped with priority shipping through the United States Postal Service and you can expect to receive your new pottery within 1-3 business days after making your purchase. Shipping fees are based on weight. Current shipping rates for 2 to 3-day shipping are as follows: up to 3 lbs - $8.00, from 3-5 lbs - $10.00, from 5-10 lbs - $15.00, and over 10 lbs - $20.00.

If you would like to pick up your purchase in person or at a pre-arranged drop-off location, select "Free Shipping" at checkout.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

In the event that your piece of pottery was damaged in transit, please contact me immediately and also email me a couple of images to document the damage. Initially, keep all of the packing materials in case of a return. Once you notify me and I receive the images, we can then arrange either an exchange or a refund. While I hope you will be happy with your new piece of pottery, if for any reason you are not happy with it, please contact me as soon as possible, but within 7 days to arrange for a refund or an exchange. Please return the item in its original packing materials. Once I have received the return intact and in its original condition, I'll ship out a suitable substitute or issue a refund, whichever you would prefer. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
